Job Description:
- Assist with oversight of clinical operations and ensure adherence to protocols and regulatory standards
- Conduct audits and participate in quality-improvement initiatives
- Address clinical concerns impacting patient outcomes or service satisfaction
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver quality pharmaceutical care
- Coordinate and oversee routine infection-control procedures
- Support policy development, incident review, and program evaluation
- Participate in community engagement and patient education programs
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Pharmacy (B. Pharm)
- 24 months of clinical experience in healthcare or behavioral health, including administrative experience
